This is a very rare find. Its a Complete skeleton from the Permian time period. The bones are found in a lose clay matrix washed and composited on this piece of matrix. Its mounted in the 3-D look that is safe to ship. There is about 15 to 20% restoration over all. Most restoration is ribs, pelvis,shoulderbladeand cracks filled. The age is Permian (280 million years old) The formation is Arroyo. It was found near Lawton, Oklahoma. This is a real fossil and not a cast or replica. Captorhinus is an extinct genus of captorhinid reptiles that lived during the Permian period. Its remains are known from North America. An immature specimen of Captorhinus was originally named Bayloria, and classified as a member of the synapsid group Eothyrididae.[1]
