Up for sale is a charming needlepoint pair showing a girl and boybear. She is very shyand all dressed for the occasion and he is all ready with his tie and boquet of flowers.It is just a charming pair!The size is 5 x 7. The fabric is stretched and stapled at the back of the plywood. I have seen these store samples stapled onto a larger piece of plywood - 8 x 10 and then a mat is plated around the outside. Thenthe finished picture would be 8 x 10 rather than 5 x 7.They are from the JCA Needle Treasures Collection. The designer is Michael A. LeClair. The design is done on a fabric grid background. All the background is not done in stitches - only the bears.I have only found one of these on the internet. Included in this listing is a picture of the male bear. His name is \"FRED\". See picture. In the picture, the manufacturer recommends that they have a mat and be placed in a larger frame. Even though these were not sold as a pair, they seem to go together. This item is retired and the company is no longer producing kits as the owner had died and a decision was made to stop operations according to their web site.
