If you wish to return an item, it must be returned, in the condition it was shipped, brand new, unopened and unused with all the parts and original packaging. Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned within 14 days of scanned delivery, in the same condition it was shipped, brand new in the package. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued less the shipping fees and less a 15% restocking fee. A refund will not be issued if all the parts and packaging are not returned or if the item is returned after 14 days from scanned receipt. Please contact us prior to returning any item.
