Contax/Yashica Carl Zeiss Distagon 28mm f2.8 *T* lens for film SLR or Digital SLR, 4/3 or micro 4/3 but will need an adapter to suit YOUR camera

Lens is free of fungus and front surface wipe marks

Barrel is in excellent condition.

Focusing is nice and smooth

Aperture blades open and close with ease and are free of oil

Filter rim is free of dings

Comes with caps, soft Contax case and instructions.

If you’re the winning buyer, the import / customs duty taxes of your country and where this item is being delivered, are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of you, the buyer.

1. A scratch is a deep mark or indentation on the surface of the lens from being dropped or hitting against a solid object.
2. Wipe marks on the front surface of the lensare made by the owner over many years wiping it with a tissue or cloth leaving very fine scratches.
3. Fungus is where the lens has a central spot with wavy arms leading away from that central spot and can leave etching marks.
4. Haze is in most but not all lenses and usually can only be picked up under a strong light butunless it is really bad does not affect the performance of that lens.
5. Separation is where the two elements are separating and leave a halo type image usually on the edge of the lens.
6. If any of the above were present, I would describe it as such and mention it in my description.
7. I have yet to see a lens that does not have some dust spots inside due to its age unless that lens is virtually new.
8. Batteries are getting difficult to obtain these days for some cameras and I will mention that in my description.
9. Many cameras from the 1960-70-80s had black sponge around the rear door to prevent light leakage. In most cameras I see, this has deteriorated and will need replacing
