These leather mounted spreader rings were a common harness decoration for the man of means back in the day. They were useful in holding the long reins from the horse to the driver, but they were also a source of pride for their decorative purpose. This 10 ring set measures a little more than 12\". The rings show expected wear. The leather strap is pretty dry. It has a wood roller piece at one end & a hook for latching on the other.
