each side is 25 wide. The center is 22 wide

31 deep x27 tall(26 to theframe + 1 inch extra cushion)

The seat is 16 tall at the front (10+cushion) and 14 tall at the back (8+C) x 20 deep

Floor to armrest 21 tall

Condition:

The paint is distressed in many spots.

The cushions need cleaned: age spots on the fabric.

This is a vintage item, please expect surface wear from normal use and some paint rubbed or scratched.
