&lt;img adorable dutch child statue appears to be hand-painted. It is in excellent used condition with no cracks or crazing. There is a small chip on top of the walking stick, but otherwise it is good to go. I see no makers mark.

Measures(in inches) - 4 1/4\" wide at base and 9 1/2\" tall
