I am a one woman operated business - I am not a bookstore, retail chain or manufacturer, therefore almost all of my items are not new. I purchase or receive all my inventory secondhand (so I can\'t honestly know whether they are originally from a smoke-free or pet-free Environment) and then they are stored at my smoke-free business. If you are very sensitive to smoke or pets, you would probably be better to buy them new from a retail store or from a first owner as your comfort is more important to me than any sale.
