1)Do you combine shipping? Yes ,I ALWAYS combine shipping .Some restrictions apply ,such as LARGE items or odd-sized items.
2)How much are combined shipping rates ? This all depends on *what* items are purchased ,as the shipping rates are based on weight. No matter what is purchased ,the combined rate will be very reasonable.
3)When will my order ship ? As soon as possible ! 95% of the time ,I ship orders within 24 hours once payment is received. Trust me ,I want the items out of the warehouse just as fast as you want your item?so it?s a win win ! We do live in a rural area ,so weather factors into the shipment time . Rest assured , we will make every effort to get orders out asap.
4)Do you ship out of the USA ? Yes ,I ship Overseas & Internationally. We only use the Global Shipping Program ,to help reduce lost packages & fraud. It may cost a bit more ,but it is guaranteed and fast . Buyer is solely responsible for Custom duties//taxes/charges. We cannot mark item as Gift.
5)How do you ship your items ? I always ship via USPS ,with great care in packaging . Unlike the larger box stores ,we always pack securely & pack the item as we would want to receive it ourselves .All orders under 4 pounds usually ship Priority Mail & orders over 4 pounds ship Parcel Post. Any large packages will Parcel Post to save the customer $$$.

1) Do NOT use Checkout on MULTIPLE ITEM PURCHASES ,please. More often than not ,you will be OVER-paying if using their Checkout System on Multiple Item purchases.I will send YOU an Invoice ,with ALL combined items & with the COMBINED shipping costs.If payment is made prior to this
2) YES,I ALWAYS COMBINE SHIPPING... whenever possible & feasible .I cannot stress this enough .This benefits both you & I in the long run & in most cases ,I can ship MULTIPLE ITEMS of the *same/ similar * size for just a few bucks more than a single item .I offer a large Inventory & wide range of items for sale in my store to satisfy any Collector .I STRONGLY suggest that if you are shopping for numerous items at once to complete your Collection ,that you look into purchasing MULTIPLE items for one order ,to take advantage of my very reasonable COMBINED SHIPPING rates .By taking advantage of MULTIPLE ITEM PURCHASES, this will save you quite a bit on Shipping Costs in the long run by ordering piece by piece .
3) The Tracking Number or Delivery Confirmation will be automated uploaded once we create the label via PayPal. This is done automatically .You can view this at anytime within the Order Details page. Please keep in mind that sometimes USPS is very slow in updating this information.
4) All Holiday ( especially Christmas Orders) are shipped the same way as any other day. We cannot be responsible for slow shipment times during these days/weeks. Please get your purchases in early for these Holidays.
5) If purchasing multiple items ,please wait for the combined invoice from us ,which will be generated within 24 hours for you . If you pay before the invoice is sent ,there is nothing we can do post-payment .
6) PayPal payments are to be made within 2 DAYS . A NON PAYING buyer ALERT will automatically be filed after the 2nd day of non payment through the System . We unfortunately had to succumb to a zero tolerance policy for this .After doing this for over 10 years,I have heard EVERY excuse in the book . Lets make this a positive buying experience for all .
7) We will ONLY ship to the address associated with the PAYPAL PAYMENT on the Details Transaction Page.There is no exception to this . Please make sure you double check this before you send payment ,as there is no way to change this on our end .
8)response will ONLY be left AFTER you ,the Buyer, has left it for me .We leave response in bulk once a week.
9) In the RARE occasion, that I forget to include an item from your order,PLEASE EMAIL ME.I cannot fix any issue or problem if I do not know about it before hand .I will do my best to make it right for you .We are only human & do make errors & mistakes ,even though these times are indeed scarce.
10) On the RARE occasion ,that I am SOLD OUT of an item from your order ,you will be notified by email immediately & again ,will do my best to rectify this situation for you .Between doing over 25+ Toy Conventions a yea r,running a 7,000 sq ft warehouse ,Selling a well-stocked Store on ,stock & collections coming & going and selling to repeat Customers by the day....things will get misplaced, lost ,mis-inventoried or even damaged .Again ,this is human error & although these instances are rare ,they do happen & I will make every effort to rectify this situation.
11) VERY IMPORTANT ! NO warranties are given or implied on anything electronic ,especially VINTAGE items(pre-1985).I wish I had the time to test & re-test each & every electronic item I have in stock ,but again ,simply not enough time in the day to do so.99% of the time they just need new batteries ,which is a simple fix .Do not *assume* anything.
12) We strive to list each & every item to the best of our human capabilities . If we miss something ,it was an honest mistake .If you put ANYTHING under a microscope....ANY flaw can be found .NOTHING is gem-mint and grading is VERY subjective .So if you are looking for AFA 95 or 100 carded figures or toys ,please do not offer .I offer a quality product . If the item being sold has any major issue ,it will be said within the items description and/or condition.
13) As an ADDED Bonus to *BULK* Buyers...I always include FREEBIES on all purchases over $250 on regular priced items(not including shipping charges)...whenever possible .I am always looking to expand to more REPEAT Bulk Buyers .On RARE occasions ,this is not possible ,only due to box size or the size of larger items.
