Appy Dan\'s Place was the name carried by my parent\'s \"backyard breeding farm\", where we raised Appaloosas. The \"king of the castle\" was our senior riding horse, Owyhee\'s Stormy Dan and that\'s where the name came from. Since I am having so much fun customizing Breyers and to honor my folk\'s sweet horses they raised, I decided my little endeavor needed to carry that name also! Thanks for stopping by.

Up for sale is this custom Adios done by me; just finished last week. He started out as the Like a Diamond rendition. Model was in very good condition before customizing him - had the usual rubs, but no breaks or chips. He\'s been done in multiple layers of pastels and sealer. His spots, hooves, eyes and other detailing is acrylic and artist pencil. I lightly re-sculpted his tail, although the change is nearly imperceivable; I didn\'t like the little \"flip\" at the end, so I took it off. He\'s been finished with layers of semi-gloss Krylon sealer, signed and ready to go. There is a shallow mold or sculpt tool line on his blanket, right side. I didn\'t really notice it until the blanket and spots were painted, so I didn\'t want to sand it down again at that point.
