- We offer a reasonable inspection period. If you would like to return an item, it must be returned in as-shipped condition, prepaid, and with delivery confirmation. Items that have been installed, altered, or parts swapped will invalidate any return privilege. Return shipping is the responsibility the buyer. We cannot issue a refund if its lost or arrives damaged, so we highly recommend insuring your return shipment.
- Incurred shipping charges and sale fees are not refundable.
- Restocking charges of up to 20% may apply on returns.
- SAFETY NOTICE: Buyer is solely responsible for determining that any item purchased from us is installed properly and is in safe operating condition. All gun parts should be installed by a skilled gunsmith. By offerding, the buyer agrees to hold the seller harmless against all damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise, mis-use, or improper installation. Additional product safety notices and policies can be viewed on our website.
- Payment should be made in a timely manner. After 14 days your item will be re-listed and we will seek reimbursement from for the sale fees.
- We use messages only to communicate with our customers.
- We post our processing time on all our sales. Unless we have an issue directly effecting your item, we do not post ship notification or tracking numbers.
- We do combine items for discounted shipping. Please wait for my invoice before making payment as the shipping rates are calculated manually on multiple items.
