Transformer has heat shrink wrap on one spot seen in last photo. Works just fine.
NOTE: the one branch furthest right with two leaves has been bent; there is a little play to it. It is still firmly in place, and barely visible; see in the photo the \'line\' where the bend is. Therefore, selling as is.
I do not see any other chips, nicks, etc.
