This is a nice mid century modern Mr Chair by Malhauser. It is solid well made. Wood has minor wear to top, and some light scuffs to underside of arms that don\'t show. It is all original. The bottom seat could use recovered due to a few rips. Nice chair sold as is. I will ship this heavily padded.. The price may be less than whats showing if you are from california or only one state over. I also use grehound buslines to save money.
