This is a one of a kind original piece of art created by Hayden Davis. Hayden is a seasoned sketch card artist and has worked on numerous Star Wars sets for Topps including Galaxy 5, 6, and 7 as well as Empire Strikes Back 30th Anniversary and Chrome Perspectives. He has also done work for Cryptozoic including Walking Dead season 2, Batman: The Legend, Superman: The Legend and Revenge. The piece was created using Mechanical Pencil on a blank Sketch Cover variant of Daredevil #1 (2011). It depicts the Ol\' Hornhead getting ready for a night on the town. Hayden drew the image on the blank cover, but was not involved in the making of the comic book itself.
