At times the layout may change slightly due to the amount of personalisation details sent.

***** Invitation/Party packs *****

For customers buying fully personalised Party invitations, Christening, Wedding Invites, Save the Dates Etc this information will need to be sent over on a private message after purchase. From here the required details will be added to the invite and a proof send over for approval/amendments before printing the design out.

Once approved and given the go ahead to print the order by yourself we cannot be held responsible for any spelling errors found on receiving the design.

***** Postage *****

All our cards are sent first class with Royal Mail on a daily basis. During weekdays we hope to despatch your order on the day of purchase. Cards ordered at the weekend will be posted the following Monday.

Please allow a little longer over busy periods and if there is personalisation on your design.

We are happy to combine postage on all of our cards and at checkout this should be done automatically for you. If not please just drop us a message and we can refund the difference for you.

If you require your card urgently or for a specific date, please contact us first to make sure we can accommodate you in the timescale required before placing your order.

We can provide Special Delivery for those who need it although an extra postage charge will occur.

*****Refunds & Returns *****

We accept items for return within 14 days of purchase providing they are in an unused condition and sent back in the original packaging.

A full refund will be issued minus the postage costs upon receiving the returned item.

Returns on personalised items will only be accepted if an error has been made on our part ie: incorrect spelling of names from the details submitted to us. We will require photographic evidence of this sent in a message in order to send a replacement or refund you.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or no personalisation details supplied to us when placing your order.

We will however endeavour to rectify any problems that arise as quickly as possible.

All cards are designed and manufactured by us in house therefore we can on some occasions accommodate slight changes to the design to suit your specific needs more adequately.

We print in house from start to finish so you know you are receiving an item that has been lovingly made and quality checked throughout each production process to reach you in a perfect condition.

Some of our designs are professionally printed to get the desired finish and look that’s perfect for certain cards. Most of these will have the high gloss finish and be rich and vibrant in colour.

We can take on bespoke work and love to do so, however, we do have busy times and so it’s always better to ask well in advance if possible so as not to disappoint.

We have 16 years experience in the design world with a thriving Wedding Stationery Company ‘Deannamic Designs’ and now our store ‘Design Me Pretty’ specifically for the greeting card side of the business. We add new designs daily and we would add more given more hours in the day! So we hope that you will find something that’s just perfect for that certain someone.
