You are offerding on the Ghostly Carousel from the Dept. 56 Snow Village Halloween collection.When plugged in, the figures are dimly lit from above and red lights around the top light up. Figures revolve in a circle and spooky sounds and laughter play loudly when the start/stop button is used. The outer box that wraps around the styrofoam is torn in spots and shows definite signs of wear, but the carousel itself is in excellent condition.I ship priority mail, but will use another method upon request.
