Shown here is this great retired, Dept. 56, lighted, Schultz Optometry building from A Christmas Story. This is the place Ralphie goes after he shoots his eye out and needs new glasses.
It is in very good condition. There are no chips, or cracks on it. The light works perfectly. The Flag pole business sign has some very small chips on it. The box has some shelf wear and a small tear.
Comes in the original box with the styrofoam forms.
