This listing is for 1 DEPT 56 New England Village Series \"Brick Town Hall\" Lighted Porcelain building #65307. It is dated 1986. It measures overall approximately 6 1/2\" tall x 6 1/2\" wide x 4\" deep. This Building appears to be in great Condition, I see NO damage or cracks. It comes with the original foam which shows some shelfwear. There is no sleeve. The cord is in good working condition. This is an extra nice building. If you are interested I have more Dept 56 village pieces listed, I do combine shipping.
