Item includes the original Dept 56 Box with Sleeve

The Accessory is pre-owned in Very Good Condition - Condition Rating: A (9.5 out of 10)

Item has no chips, cracks, breakage or other defects

The Foam Box and Sleeve are in Good Condition with normal wear

Please note that I am a small Seller listing items out of my home.

Because of this, All items are sold \"As-is\".

However, in the event that you, the Buyer, feels that the item you received is not as was described in the sale listing, or you find that the item does not fit the application you require it for, then send me an email and I will work with you on resolving the problem. As needed, I will coordinate with you on returning the item back to me.

If the item is returned, then:

The shipping cost to return an item to me, the Seller is to be paid by you, the Buyer.

In the event that it is clear that I have erred in my sale listing and the item is not as indicated, then I will refund you (the Buyer) the following:

1.) Your original offer / purchase amount.

2.) The shipping cost to send the item to you.

3.) The shipping cost to return the item back to me.

If however, the item was received as described in the sale listing, and return of the item was made back to me, then upon my receipt and inspection, I will refund only the sale offer / purchase price back to you, the Buyer, less the Listing & Closing Fees
