Department 56 Season\'s Bay First Edition \"Bay Street Shops\", two lighted buildings in excellent condition in original box. Paperwork and original lights are not included, however I am including 2 brand new lights for it. Set includes 4 larger Flags and 3 miniature ones. I couldn\'t find a listing to state if that is all there is, but when I counted up on the other ones that does look to be correct. These shops are made of porcelain and feature cobblestone walkways. Please view all pictures and make sure you ask all questions prior to buying.
