Dept 56 the Santa Claus house

Used and found at Estate Sale

If you look close, one of the pillars on the side was glued back on. It shows very little wear.

I wanted to make sure that is explained. It has the Santa sign and the Santa clause and reindeer piece. It also has the original box. No paperwork is included. It is numbered #01256.

Overall great piece! I put batteries in to check, and the lights work. The batteries are not included
