T. Merrill, 2nd U.S. Navy, by the Officers of the Naval Auxiliary Reserve, Published by William Edwin Rudge, New York, 1919 This is a hardcover collectible menu from the dinner given in honor of Lieutenant-Commander R. T. Merrill. The cover is dark blue with the United States Naval Reserve Force seal embossed in gold on the front. The hinges are cracked, spine has wear, and the front cover is loosening. The page ends are water-stained, some edge wear, and an owner\'s name Charles Hann, Jr. is on the second paper. Very fragile, but collectible military item. This menu includes the history of the Naval Auxiliary Reserve, the specific menu of food served, and the names of some of the officers present for the dinner in honor of Merrill. There is also a tipped-in frontispiece portrait of Merrill. Measures 6\" x 9.5\" and has 7 pages.
