-This fantastic, 12 oz. teal Disney mug features beautiful, vintage attraction poster graphics from Disneyland & Walt Disney World Resorts.The Tomorrowland-themed posters include thrilling futuristic attractions including: Space Mountain, Submarine Voyage and the Walt Disney World Monorail System. Paired with the Tomorrowland-themed posters is a ghoulish but beautiful, The Haunted Mansion, attraction poster.
-The attraction posters featured on the mug are based on designs from Disney artists.-The Space Mountain attraction poster was designed by Josh Holsclaw in 2010. The graphic shows the attraction vehicle flying through space above the futuristic “mountain” building in which the ride is located. The poster is boldly colored in shades of blue, green and purple.-The Haunted Mansionattraction poster was designed by Ken Chapman and Marc Davis in 1969. The graphic is of the three hitchhiking ghosts, Phineas, Ezra and Gus, attempting to catch a ride outside of Disneyland’s The Haunted Mansion. The isolation and perspective of the attraction building along with the text illustrate the “scary” nature of this ride. The poster is primarily green with the ghosts colored a light blue and the attractiontitle a bright orange.-The Submarine Voyage attraction poster was designed in 1959 by Sam Kim. The graphicshows a submarine exploring the depths of the ocean,inviting riders to “explore uncharted waters” on the Submarine Voyage “through liquid space”. This attraction was closed in 1998 and replaced with Finding Nemo’s Submarine Voyage in 2007. The poster is colored in primarily blue, green and purple.-The Walt Disney World Monorail Systemattraction poster is based upon the original poster created for Disneyland in 1959. The poster featured on the mug is a 1978 recolored version of the original 1971 Monorail Poster. The artist of this poster is unknown. The graphic shows a monorail emerging from the iconic A-Frame structure of The Contemporary Resort with Cinderella’s Castle in the background. The poster is primarily shades of blue with pops of red.**Note on color: because flash was used, the provided photos might not show the mug\'s true color(s). The teal colored portions of the mug, depending on lighting, can look like a dark, rich teal and in other light can look like a dark, forest green.**
