Why is domed glass so hard to photograph!!!!
I have left it just as I found it with the frame a beautiful display of verdi gris from the passage of time. It would clean as required.
Below the domes glass is a stunning silk and gold wirework confection of the Scare Coeur and a small cross within a lattice weave border.
The metal frame is all good and strong, the glass is intact and the small hanging ring is still in place.
A wonderful piece to hang with a ribbon and it would make a divine heirloom piece for a Christmas tree too.
