Most of the items we sell are vintage and/or used, so please expect some wear. Any flaws or damage that I find will be listed in the description. Most everything is in found condition, so I would recommend that you may want to wash, polish, or otherwise clean items before use as some have been stored for years and may have dust, patina, and/or light odors. I provide measurements to ensure proper fitment of clothing so please confirm item will fit and/or ask for additional measurements before offerding or purchasing.
PAYMENT: Payment is expected immediately on Buy It Now Fixed price listings and no later than 48 hours after the end of any sale. \'s unpaid item assistant is turned on to open a UPI case if payment is not received within 48 hours. If you need longer to make payment, please contact me ASAP to let me know when payment will be made and so that I can turn off the UPI assistant.
If you need to make payment some other way besides through PayPal, please contact me prior to offerding.
SHIPPING: I enter the weight of an item into ’s shipping calculator and add a $1 handling fee to HELP cover my costs of insurance, tape, boxes, packing peanuts and bubble wrap. I am always happy to combine shipping for you on multiple items if it is cost effective. On items that fit, I use flat rate boxes or envelopes to save you money. The shipping is posted before you offer on an item, so if you aren’t happy with the fees either e-mail me BEFORE you make your purchase to see if there was perhaps an error (I\'m only human ;) or don’t buy from me!
I will NOT ship via USPS Parcel Post/Select as that service takes 6 weeks to arrive to the mainland from Hawaii. I have had to many problems using this service. Also, it automatically effects my dsr ratings because USPS/ both advertise it as only taking 10 days when it actually takes 6 weeks to arrive to the mainland, as this service travels by boat.
Now that has decided to charge sellers 10% of the shipping charges I am losing MORE money on shipping than I was before, so PLEASE do not give me low ratings for shipping charges as is now making money on your shipping fees while I lose money!
International Buyers: Transit time listed from the U.S. to your country is an estimate and sometimes packages can get held up for various reasons when going through customs. There is nothing I can do about the amount of time it takes for your package to be delivered once I drop it off at my post office, so please be patient and understanding with this. YOU are responsible for any fees that your country may charge for importing goods and I will NOT falsify the value of an item on custom forms
REFUNDS: I will refund your money for any item you change your mind about, but you will have to pay a 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Please take the time to check the measurements, and email me if you need any additional measurements that I may have missed. Refunds are for the purchase price only, Not the shipping, as that money has already been paid to usps for their services! If you have purchased an item and it is not as I have described in the listing or has damage that was not noted please let me know and I will work with you to come to any agreeable partial refund or will refund your total purchase after I have received the item back. I do my very best to pack all items safely, however, if your item arrives damaged please email me (please, do NOT open up a case) to let me know about the damage.
