I passed Excelsior's Ethics Exam with an A October 2005 I can't guarantee you will have the same results, but the CD study guide I created contains the resources I used to study for and pass the Pathophysiology exam. I update each of my study guides annually, each Fall when Excelsior College updates their content outlines.
