This item is a 6-1/2\" dancing couple made in Germay by Gebruder Kuhnlenz. It is free standing, with a mechanism that works by key located under the train in the back of the woman\'s gown.. When wound the tension activates a verticle wheel that just touches the ground, producing a spinning motion simulating whirling dancers. The mechanism is working well.

The man is dressed in a black wool felt tuxedo with a velvet collar, and the woman in pink net over silk. Both have blonde wool curls, dark inset glass eyes, and very fine face painting.
