INTERNATIONAL1) All international shipments will be sent via USPS Priority Mail International.
2) We cannot remove items from the box to decrease the weight of the package. They are advertised as NEW IN BOX and we must ship them exactly as advertised.
3) We WILL NOT alter Customs documents to reduce the fees/taxes to be paid in your country. That is considered fraud and is something we will not partake in.
4) You are responsible for all Taxes & Duties - which will be charged upon delivery. Please contact your local customs agent to determine your estimated taxes & duties.
5) All international shipments are thoroughly inspected to assure perfect product fulfillment.
6) Returns of international items will only be accepted if the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost to return and to receive a new item, if an exchange is requested.
Returns ExchangesWe offer a full 30 days for returns in unworn condition and original packaging for exchanges or refunds. Please email us and let us know which one you would prefer. We will respond within 24 business hours with an RMA# and return instructions.
