I have carefully examined each shaker under a magnifying glass.
The Green one appears to have no damage to either the enamel or the sterling
The white one has two black specks on the front along what would be his left shin bone - each spec is about the size of the prick of a pin - not the head of the pin - not that big at all - but the pointed prick of the pin - and they appear to be under the glass, if that is possible. I feel no indentation at the site of each speck.
At the top of the back of the left ear of the white one is a black mark about the size of 1/10th of the head of a pin - this one I can feel as well as see - like the enamel is chipped off at that point.
The sterling is undamaged - no dents or dings anywhere.
I see no cracks of any other issues with the enamel at all on either piece - and the sterling on both pieces is completely undamaged.
