Here are 5 Carol Day originals from the Carol Day story, Edgar Tracy, which ran from July to October, 1962, comprising strips 1810-1881. These strips are #1843, 1844, 1845, 1849 and 1850.

This story is the sequel to Ebb-Tide, in which Carol is pursued by the lecherous Arnold Tracy, and Carol’s friend Ian Carr is being blackmailed by Arnold over a scandal at Oxford. Arnold dies suddenly and without apparent reason in a confrontation with Ian, causing Carol and Ian to think they may be guilty of causing his death. In Edgar Tracy, Arnold’s identical twin brother comes to take over Arnold’s house and begins digging into the circumstances of his brother’s death.

In this group, Arnold schemes to get the truth about his brother\'s death out of Ian and Carol, while they wonder if he really has something on them.

Incidentally, Ian Carr is played by David Wright’s son Nicky and the Tracy brothers are played by John Bodkin-Adams, a notorious accused serial killer – good article in Wikipedia about him by the way.

Size of each is about 19 x 7.25 inches. Excellent condition overall. Dialog is lettered on the board, not pasted up, except for the first balloon in #1843, which is a pasted up Dutch translation of the original English. Very minor whiteout, mainly used to slightly edit dialog balloon borders.
