This is aneye-catching graphic star quilt. It is all cotton andVERY thin and densely quiltedand measures 90 1/2\" by 90 1/2\". Good hand quilting, small stitches. It is fugitive green and beige on a white background. I would estimate it to be from the late 1800s by the design and fabrics used. There are a couple of small issues, see photos. Around the binding on a couple of sides, there are a few little holes, like the size of a thumb tack being pushed thru it. And the normal wear spot or two of an antique quilt this age. See Photos. But it really doesn\'t detract from the impact of this quilt. It is striking.
