8" height, 4.5" Base, 5.25" Bowl DiameterFrank Lloyd Wright's Darwin D Martin House Complex (Buffalo, New York, 1903-1905, 1909) was built in the historic Parkside neighborhood of Buffalo, NY. This National Historic Landmark, a masterpiece of the architect's Prairie period, was referred to as 'the opus' by Wright himself. The prominent rectilinear lines of its architecture are softened by the grounds considerable gardens and plantings revealing the Martins avid interest in horticulture. This decorative planter design is based on the fourteen exterior planters positioned throughout the 1.5 acre property further integrating the sites buildings with the natural landscape through the display of lavish plantings.
Made in the USA!!This Frank Lloyd Wright Collection product is manufactured using high quality materials and has been designed for indoor use or for placement in a protected outdoor location. It is sealed but it is not water-tight. To inhibit absorption, we recommend placement of a protective shield if planting in it, such as a commercial liner or sealant.
