Survivor core ready for rebuild. Short style 25 amp generator used on non power steering 265, 283 cu. in. V-8 Chevy engines. Armature/field frame measures approximately 6\", overall length approximately 9 1/2\". Front and rear bearing plates are factory aluminum castings. Front bearing plate cast for unique rubber bushing found on some high performance applications. Belt adjustment bracketthreads in serviceable condition. Delco Remy tag stamped 1100321 7F26 (June 26, 1957). Oiler lids and springs intact and in working order. Spins freely and still a little meat left on the carbon brushes. GM Parts catalog shows this unit correct for all applications except the dual 4 barrel carburetor engines but do your research before you buy. Look the pictures over, what you see is what you get.
