Alovelychandelier withlots of decorative features.

It has adeep cuppedceiling roseembossed with swirling acanthus leaves giving a prettily shaped rim. Thelong chain has alternate fancy and plain links and joins to the top of the chandelier on a large round hook.

Thecentral column widens out slightly from a slender neck and is wreathed in swathes of acanthus leaf decoration with a typically French coquille motif in the centre. It sits above a plain brass dome with a textured rim encircling the top.

Thefive arms lavishly embossed arms extend out from the base plate and all are enhanced with feathered plumes and swirls along the length. The candle cups at each end are a beautiful cup of embossed plumes with a superb detail sweeping around the rim.All are complete with faux candle sleeves.

The base of the chandelier is equally as opulent with a matching design to the candle cups, giving a superb overallaspect to this lovely light from below and it is completed by a bronze finial in the centre.

Invery goodvintage condition, the bronze has some age related spotting and has developed a warm lustrous glow over the years.

Astylish light made with remarkable attention to detail that will enhance any room with its vintage charm and style..

The chandelier is fully functional and takes5 small screw in candle bulbs (not included), however as with all vintage lighting it should be checked by a qualified electrician before use.
