Located in Waterville, Maine, Colby College was founded in 1813 and is a private Little Ivy League liberal arts institution that consistently ranks among the top colleges in the U.S. This antique fraternity badge is crafted in 14k yellow gold and presents a Greek Delta letter imposed upon a Greek Upsilon. The Delta is adorned with seed pearls and showcases an Old Mine Cut natural diamond in the center. As one will note in the photos, the Upsilon letter features hand-chased Greek lettering. The back of the badge has a textured finish and bears the engraved name W S. Elden. In excellent condition, this piece has been professionally tested to verify its 14k gold purity.
