This MINT condition Set of 5 Merchant Shops #59269 was issued in 1988 and retired in 1993 consists of 5 buildings so very important to your Dickens Village display and is surely for the true collector!!! This rare find has all 5 shops still individually boxed together in original brown shipping box!! See pictures!! Each building has light cord and working bulb! The set is from our private collection and was stored in climate control. It consists of \"Poulterer\" which is a 3 story white stone block and timber building that give a tudor look with2 wood doors, one for the entranceto the shop that has fresh geese for sale hanging and the other to enter the second and third floor living quarters for the shopkeeper and his family. The ground floor has a Bay window while the second floor has pane windowsand the third has a dormer with shutters. The second building is \"Geo. Weeton Watchmaker\" and is a lovely 2 story all brick building with a rounded Bay windowin frontgiving a unique look,a slate roofand a fan light window in the oak front door. There are 3 square pane windows centered on the second floor. Third is \"The Mermaid Fish Shoppe\" that is also 2 story white stucco brick with green trim. There are bins with fresh fish on display beneath the shop windows that have angled doors and walls giving it a unique architecture. The fourth is \"White Horse Bakery\", again unique in design with a green steep pitch roof with scalloped shingles and 2 dormer pane windows. It has an oak door adorned with a Christmas wreath centered between 2 large windows that display freshly baked goods! The last building is \"Walpole Tailors\" and is of stone and brick with stucco with a blue roof and door and wood trim. It has a large picture window with a Christmas wreath on bottom floor shop with a Bay window on the second floor living area and a dormer window on top. All of these pieces are MINT condition and are a great addition to your collection!!
