This is a cute house Retired from the Dept 56 Alpine Village Series. It is titled Stoder Grist Mill and is number 5953-6. This stands 7 inches tall and the base is about 7 1/4 inches by 4 1/2 inches. This is from an estate and was displayed, but appears to be in excellent condition. I do not see any chips or cracks.In the original styrofoam and sleeve.
