Introduced in December of 1987 this piece was retired in December of 1990. The building measures 10.5\" high by 5\" wide and 6.5\" front to back.
The building is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The light cord/bulb is tested and working. Comes with original packaging. The outer sleeve shows sign of wear/staining/soiling. Trees shown in the first photo not included.
