Comes with the original outer sleeve & foam box. (Lid on the foam box is missing.)

Measures about 4 1/2\" by 4 7/8\" by about 7\" high.
Electrical/light piece is present & in working condition. However, the bulb is older so I can not guarantee how long it will last until replacement is needed.
Has a lighter spot in the paint on the chimney as well as 2 tiny spots on the window shade (on the same side) that did not get the color

All items shipped via Priority Mail have insurance included in the shipping. I do my very best to pack items so they arrive damage free, but despite my best efforts, shipping accidents happen. I know it is an inconvenience, butIT IS THE BUYER\'S RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE THE INSURANCE CLAIM.

Sorry, I will NOT ship fragile items (glassware, china, ceramics) via Parcel Post or economy nor will I ship paper items (postcards, magazines, books) without tracking.

Buyer must pay for the item within 4 days. (NPB complaints are filed after 5 days without payment.) Buyer is responsible for making sure has your correct and current address as I ship to the name and address provided me by . I ship USPS Priority Mail (unless otherwise noted) as it is usually the fastest and most reliable method. I charge exact shipping rate plus $.50 to $.75 (never more) to help defray partial cost of shipping supplies (bubble wrap, foam peanuts, bubble envelopes and some boxes). PLEASE REMEMBER THAT I DO NOT CONTROL THE USPS SHIPPING RATES.
