I set this up and it works perfectly. It\'s a long piece. The elves on the handcar move along the track from left to right. Once the cart reaches one end, it hesitates and then moves to the other end. The Toy Warehouse on one end has red and green lights that flash. Next to the track is Santa on the sleigh loading presents and an elf on a ladder handing him more. Very cute and festive piece!
