This is a Department 56 North Pole Series Beard Barber Shop #5634-0 New Building. It came out of a gift shop that went out of business a number of years ago. The outside sleeve is blemished, however, the item itself has never been used. The blemishes on the sleeve include scuff marks, discoloration, wrinkling, tears, etc. from being handled and then sitting in storage for years.
