Up for sale is a Department 56 Snow Village Ghostly Carousel! It is in Great working condition, but does have some paint coming off from storage. The paint really does not effect it much with appearance, in fact I personally thought it was suppose to look like that. If it does not sell in this condition, my father is an artist and said he will paint touch up! Please See Detailed Pictures of the item.
