Items have been used and are in a fairly good condition allwith original boxes. Note below some ofthe flaws (photos reflect these):

·McDonald’s building has one small chip on roofsedge, right of air conditioner.

·Light up the Night Sign works but the greenpaint on trees is chipping off.

·Ronald McDonald figurine and one of the two kids(with the sled) has paint chipped off on the sled and chip on Ronald\'s socksand shoes.

Item comes from odor free home.
