This is the Treetop Tree House, an accessory from the Original Snow Village Collection. It is in excellent condition and comes with all the original packaging, which also is in excellent condition. The treehouse measures approximately 12x10 and is made of resin. This children\'s tree playhouse nestles in the branches of a Jack Pine Tree. A wooden ladder allows for entry/exit and a mailbox is attached to the base of the tree. A tree swing hangs from a bare branch. It was issued in 1996 and retired in 2004. This precious piece is very rare and hard to find. It comes from a smoke free home and is part of my personal collection. I am thinning out my collection. If you have not started collecting Snow Village pieces, you should. They are just a beautiful addition to your home during the holidays and all winter long.
