DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY:

We normally have a one day (Business Days) handling on items purchased and paid for. We ship by USPS Priority mail, Parcel Post, or First Class. All items three (3) pounds and under will be shipped by Priority Mail, unless they meet the First Class Mailing Limit. [Please use the USPS shipping calculator located on the shipping tab to determine shipping costs to your zip code before offerding. WE DO NOT SHIP UPS, SO PLEASE DON’T ASK.

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:

All packages will be sent with Delivery Confirmation. We will insure fragile items that sell for over $50.00 at no expense to you, the buyer. If you wish to insure a purchase under $50.00 shipped by Parcel Post, email us and we will send you an invoice that includes the cost of insurance. If an insurance claim is necessary, contact us first, so that we can supply you with any and all information you might need to make a claim. The buyer is responsible for insurance claims.

COMBINED SHIPPING:

We do combine sales – where possible – to save you money on shipping. To receive combined/reduced-shipping rates, wait and make only one payment after we send a combined invoice. If more than one payment is made for multiple purchases, no combined shipping discount will be given. Therefore, if you pay before we have sent the combined/reduced-shipping rate, no discount will be given on the shipping cost.

OUR EXPERTISE:

Please keep in mind we do not consider ourselves experts. We do have knowledge in several areas, but still are apt to pick something up if it catches our eye even if we do not know a thing about it. Sometimes in our treasure hunting we find things that you know more about than we do. Any information you have on an item and are willing to share is greatly appreciated. We do try to research items before listing but sometimes information is limited, so we are so pleased to receive an email from a friendly er sharing their knowledge.

Most of our items are vintage, collectibles, and items no longer available on the retail market. If an item is new, we will state that in the sale, otherwise items are not new. We also would never intentionally try to misrepresent any of our items, but we are human and if we make a mistake, please know it is just that…..a mistake.

RETURN POLICY:

We have a 14 day return policy with a Money Back option. Buyer is responsible for return postage and original postage costs are non refundable. Refunds are not given unless and until same item sent is returned.
