Itisnew merchandise, innew condition,and never displayed, and comes withitsbox and packing. I tested the light and it works well.

HOWEVER, AFTER I TOOK THE PICTURE, I BROKE OFF THE GLOBE MOUNTED ON THE TOP OF THE BUILDING WHILE TRYING TO PACK IT BACK IN THE BOX!!!! SO....IT WILL NEED TO BE GLUED BACK TO THE TOP! (I AM NOT HAPPY!!!)

My home is smoke and pet free.

I bought this and many more items from a gift store that was going out of business many years ago and has been in my storage. I am listing many other collectibles.
