The figurines that move around the platform get stuck as they move around. There are three magnetic people included plus Santa. The piece is clean like it hasn\'t been used much.

It displays very nicely. The camera flash goes off. The people move around the track until they get stuck again. Being sold \"as is\".

I am not sure if the belt needs to be replaced but that may be the problem. There is a person on that sells them. Check out firstbasecc. They sell for $8.99 plus $1.95 for shipping.Hehas instructions on his site onhow to replace the belt as well.
