Department 56 item# 5617-0 “St. Nikolaus Kirche” is complete with the working light cord. The church itself looks like new and is without damage. There is NO original packing or box, but will be securely packed for safe delivery. From the Alpine Village Series.
The real St. Nikolaus Kirche in Oberndorf was destroyed by flood in the 1890\'s and replaced in the 1930\'s by a smaller chapel. The original church, which this item is a replica of, was where Franz Gruber composed the melody for the beloved carol “Silent Night”.See the photos.Please do NOT offer on any item from ANY seller if you have not read the ENTIRE listing and studied ALL photos that are provided.
