This items is in Excellent condition. Looks to be new.

As is with all these items, there may be dust from their time out of their boxes, which were stored away safely. These weren\'t handled by children, nor adults, for that matter, other than in then out then back into their boxes.

This item comes from an extravagant collection of Dept 56 by a fanatical collector.

I describe items to be best of my ability, but please ask questions as needed. Since these items have been on display, some small pieces may have been misplaced over time. If you do notice something, that I haven\'t pointed out, please let me know. Otherwise it comes as seen in photos.
