St. Nikolaus Kirche (St. Nicholas Church) is from Dept 56 Heritage Village Collection Alpine Village Series. Introduced in 1991 and retired in 1999, this originally retailed for $37.50. This is a replica of the church where the song \"Silent Night\" was first written. This lovely church is in like new, mint condition and comes with the light adaptor and in the original \"White Box\" packaging.While I may state on an item that I sell that it is “used”, please note that each item is purchased from the collector who bought the item originally and displayed it in their own smoke free/pet free home. The items are in mint collectible condition unless otherwise stated in my description. Should the item be brand new and never used/opened I will state that also. New items will be opened to photograph and inspect.I always put a picture of the item lit up as well as photos of each side of the item so you can see that there are no flaws. Should there be a problem with the item I will state it in the description.I personally take all photos, pack the item and thoroughly inspect the item before it is shipped to you.If you are purchasing anything from the Dept 56 collections, please make sure that the item is in the Series you collect.
